Are your products handmade?

No. Our products are print-on-demand items inspired by African arts and crafts. Printing partners produce them after an order is placed.

Do you sell authentic African heritage artifacts?

No. This is a creative inspiration brand, not a store for handcrafted or museum-style artifacts.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Email us within 7 days with photos and your order number, and we will review the issue.

Can I cancel an order?

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible.
