Privacy Policy
1. General Information: We take the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains how we collect and use data when you visit our site or purchase from the JME Global Hospitality Series.
2. Data Collection via Contact Form. When you submit an inquiry via our contact form (Name, Email, Phone), this information is used solely to process your inquiry and to build credentialed trust.
3. Data Collection for Digital Sales. To process your E-book or Audiobook order, we collect the necessary billing information. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe/PayPal) and is subject to their privacy standards.
4. Your Rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.
JME. Publishing — Sales & Refund Policy
1. Digital Product Policy (E-books & Audiobooks)
– No Refunds: Due to the immediate nature of digital downloads and the JME Global Hospitality Series & Precision Methode intellectual property, all sales of E-books and Audiobooks are final and non-refundable.
– Delivery: Upon successful payment, a digital download link will be sent instantly to the email address provided at checkout.
– License for Use: Each purchase provides a single-user license for the personal use of the materials. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
2. Service Engagement & Consulting Policy
– Service Scope: Professional engagements across our three lanes—Employee (Operational Management), Freelancer (SOP/Workflow Design), and Consultant (AI Strategy/Guest Journey)—are subject to a separate signed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
– Consultation Deposits: Fees for scheduled consulting sessions or strategy briefings are non-refundable. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice, and the credit applied to a future date at the discretion of JME management.
– Work Product: All custom SOPs, training materials, and frameworks designed during a project remain the intellectual property of Julliet Muchunu | JME Publishing unless otherwise specified in a written contract.
3. Billing and Invoices
– Currency: All transactions are processed in the currency specified on the invoice (e.g., EUR/USD).
– Disputes: Customers are encouraged to contact JME. Events | Projects | Publishing directly to resolve any billing issues before initiating a bank chargeback, as digital delivery records are maintained for all sales.
Refund Policy: All digital sales are final. Services are subject to the terms of the signed engagement agreement. Full T&Cs available here.
3. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
1. Scope of Services Services are provided across three professional lanes:
- Operational Management: High-stakes event and hospitality operations.
- SOP & Workflow Design: Custom framework creation and training materials.
- Consulting: AI strategy and guest-journey design using the JME Precision Method.
2. Performance Standards JME commits to delivering frameworks that bring clarity, structure, and emotional neutrality to high-pressure environments.
3. Intellectual Property All pre-existing frameworks, including the JME Global Hospitality Series, remain the property of Julliet Muchunu. Custom-built SOPs are licensed to the Client upon final payment.
4. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
Non-Disclosure Agreement Purpose: To protect the exchange of proprietary information related to hospitality operations and the JME Precision Method.
1. Definition of Confidential Information: Includes all business strategies, guest journey data, operational blueprints, and technical “blueprints” shared by either party.
2. Obligations Both parties agree to hold confidential information in strict confidence and use it only for the defined project or consultation.
3. Term
The obligations of non-disclosure shall survive for a period of [e.g., 3 years] following the termination of services.
5. Code of Conduct (CoC)
